The Francestown Elementary School successfully launched the Community Connections Project in January 2020. Students were split into groups of 6 to 8. They will be performing collaborative project-based learning experiences to answer real-world questions facing many of our community organizations. The groups were introduced to their community experts and to the topic they will be investigating over the next 16 weeks.  All students will get the opportunity to go off school for site visits throughout the rest of the year. This will culminate in a final presentation on June 10th from 6 – 7:30 at the Old Meeting House in the center of town. Presentations will include videos, artwork, written work, posters, and more.
